By accessing or using FamilyGlowGifts (familyglowgifts.store) and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Fulfillment All products are custom-made to order through our fulfillment partner Printify. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

2. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of FamilyGlowGifts and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions
  • Upload or share content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or contains illegal, offensive, or hateful material

4. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After production has begun, cancellations are not possible as items are made specifically for you.

5. Limitation of Liability FamilyGlowGifts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

6. EU Consumer Rights If you are located in the European Union, you have statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including the right to a 14-day withdrawal period for non-customized goods. Custom-made and print-on-demand products are exempt under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).

7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by applicable law. For EU customers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and take precedence where required by law.

8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
