Order Processing & Production Once you place an order, it is sent to our fulfillment partner Printify. Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product and current order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times

- 🇪🇺 Europe: 7–14 business days
- 🌍 Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers depending on your location and the fulfillment provider.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@familyglowgifts.store. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
EU Customers In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, we clearly disclose all applicable shipping costs before checkout. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, you have the right to contact us for a resolution.
