Shipping policy
Processing Time All products are made to order and produced in the United States. Production time is 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time After production, estimated delivery times within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days
Total estimated delivery = production time + shipping time.
Order Fulfillment All orders are processed and fulfilled by FamilyGlowGifts (ФОП Ранюк В.М., Ukraine) in partnership with Printify — produced and shipped from facilities located in the United States.
Payment Processing Payments are securely handled by WesternBid s.r.o. (Slovakia) as our authorized payment processor. Your receipt or bank statement may show WesternBid as the payment entity — this is expected and secure.
Shipping Partners Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or other carriers depending on the product and destination.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
