Thank you for shopping at FamilyGlowGifts! All of our products are custom-made to order through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printify. Because every item is produced specifically for you, please read this policy carefully.

Non-Defective Returns & Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size or color selected by the customer
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

These items are made-to-order and cannot be resold.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or there is a print error, we will gladly offer a free reprint or a full refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide a photo of the defective item.

EU Consumer Rights (EU Customers) If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been personalized or custom-made specifically for you. Custom-made and print-on-demand products are exempt from the standard EU right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).

How to Request a Refund Email us at support@familyglowgifts.store with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Photos of the defective/damaged item

We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
